Don Grantham is President of the Microsoft Central and Eastern European region. In that role, he oversees Microsoft’s operations in 16 subsidiaries servicing 32 countries, employing over 3,000 people.

Mr. Grantham is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for Microsoft customers and partners in the region and engages with government leaders, business makers and community representatives throughout the area. He also invests a lot of time developing talents in Microsoft’s Central and Eastern Europe subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Grantham was Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Hewlett-Packard. He also spent nine years at Sun Microsystems, culminating in his last position as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services. Don Grantham started his career in high tech with IBM. During his 17 years there, he held numerous leadership roles, including executive management responsibility for Sales in Northern Europe.

Eron Kelly is a 13 year veteran of Microsoft with a broad set of experiences in product management across the Microsoft Office and Server and Tools Divisions. He is currently the General Manager responsible for product marketing for Microsoft SQL Server and the Data Platform. In this capacity he leads core product marketing, technical readiness, and value proposition for the Data Platform. Before leading the SQL product marketing team, he was a General Manager in the Windows Azure group leading an incubation effort focused on Microsoft’s commerce platform.

Prior to that, he led the product management team for Office 365. As the founding member of the product management team, he led the team from early development of the business case through launch of Office 365. During his tenure, he also led the acquisition and integration of FrontBridge Technologies, which provided key capabilities to Microsoft’s overall cloud transformation.

He has also led the business strategy team for BizTalk Server and E-Business where he was responsible for pricing, licensing, long range planning, business and product strategy.

Previous to joining Microsoft in 2000, Mr. Kelly was an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble on Bounty Paper towels and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force responsible for the development and testing of infrared windows materials at the Air Force Research Laboratory.

Mr. Kelly earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his Bachelors of Science and Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids – including coaching lacrosse, skiing, snowboarding, travel and enjoying Washington wines.

Cathy O’Dowd is an adventurer, author & acclaimed motivational speaker. She has stood on the slopes of the world’s highest mountain four times, reaching its summit twice.

She has been on the mountain as the last minute ‘token woman’ team-member, and as an expedition leader. She has worked in partnership with a wide range of international teams forced to co-operate on popular routes. She has faced the ‘worst storm in the history of Everest’, and she has faced warring team members as ego ran rampant. She has experienced both the thrill of the summit and the reality of failure, and has paid the ultimate price with the loss of fellow climbers.

Cathy draws on this wide-ranging experience of high-achieving teams under acute pressure attempting overwhelming challenges to create her corporate presentations. Her stories touch on themes of importance to anyone trying to get the best out of people.

Kostas joined Microsoft Romania as a General Manager in April 2013, to lead the transformation of the company to a devices and services business in the country.

Kostas Loukas has been with Microsoft for more than 8 years and has built strong leadership capabilities in the areas of General Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Kostas started his career with Microsoft Greece in 2005 as a Financial Controller, followed by a 3-year assignment as Finance and Administrative Director. In 2009, for one year, Kostas supported Microsoft Greece as acting subsidiary General Manager and as of 2010 as Marketing and Operations Lead. Since January 2012, Kostas was Country Manager for Microsoft Cyprus and Malta.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Kostas worked for three years for Coca-Cola Southeast Europe in various managerial roles. He also brings his experience from P&G, where he supported Marketing and Sales functions from a Finance stand point. He has an Executive MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Athens.
